Building a Sustainable Culture of Prevention & Safety

What does it really take to create a lasting culture of prevention and safety? And where do organizations begin?

Join us for a live, interactive panel discussion featuring experienced QBS Master Trainers as they explore how organizations can move beyond reactionary approaches and build environments grounded in consistency, confidence, and shared responsibility.

Panelists will discuss strategies that can be implemented organization-wide, as well as the critical factors that influence long-term success, including leadership support, staff buy-in, and access to ongoing skill maintenance and resources.

We’ll also explore the current cultural climate many organizations face, where the focus often centers on responding to incidents or correcting staff behavior, and what it takes to shift toward a more proactive, prevention-focused approach. From identifying the starting point for change to maintaining skills over time, this conversation will highlight what sustainable implementation truly looks like.

By the end of the session, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of the broader impact of culture change, including improved staff confidence, stronger safety habits, and better outcomes for both staff and those they support.
