6. SMS/Text Messaging Communications

QBS offers customers, former customers, and prospective customers the option to receive text messages (SMS) related to training reminders, account updates, event notifications, and similar communications. This section describes our SMS practices in compliance with applicable messaging carrier and regulatory requirements.

Consent. We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent (opt-in) to receive them, such as by submitting a form indicating agreement to receive text messages from QBS, or by texting a designated opt-in keyword to our messaging number. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from QBS.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the program and your interactions with us (for example, training reminders or event updates). We will disclose expected frequency at the point of opt-in where applicable.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. You may be re-subscribed only if you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 11.

No sharing for third-party marketing. No mobile information collected through our SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies regardless of any other sharing described elsewhere in this Policy (including with CRM, data enrichment, or advertising partners): text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
