Zach received his undergraduate degree in psychology and his Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He developed an interest in data-driven treatment approaches to behavioral change after several years in the mental health field. He stumbled across Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and received a post-graduate certification in ABA and Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Since 2012, Zach has worked with people across the lifespan and with various diagnoses including dementia, autism, intellectual disabilities, depression, ADHD, and ODD. He has worked in school, residential, hospital, partial-hospital, day center, home, and community settings. He has passions for teaching, training, disseminating principles of ABA, and improving the safety and well-being of those who work in or receive behavioral health care.
