Kayce received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Indiana University Northwest where she competed in collegiate basketball. Following graduation, she began working direct care with children and adults with various diagnoses (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, intellectual disabilities, etc.) providing in-home, clinic, and severe behavior services for 2 years where she also gained experience in administration, training, and supervision. Following this experience, she moved to Florida to pursue a dual Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology. While in graduate school, Kayce worked with children with autism in early intervention, conducted research, and had two separate ABA internships where she gained experience in assessment, supervision, and parent training.
