What is Learner Connect?
- Learner Connect provides a blended e-learning and in-person training option for organizations to certify Safety-Care Specialists.
- The Learner Connect platform is designed to provide flexibility for trainers and staff to complete Safety-Care training in a self-paced manner and reduce in-person training time by approximately half.
What courses are included?
- Currently the Safety-Care Core Curriculum is available for both initial and recertification trainings.
How does it work?
- Organization administrators and trainers enroll users in a course by assigning seats to staff
- Staff complete the e-learning portion of training, including lectures, discussions, and the written test
- Staff then complete the in-person requirements for training with a Safety-Care Trainer, including competency checks and role plays
- Trainers log trainings in Trainer Connect
- Staff are certified in Safety-Care!
What does it cost?
- Initial course: $25 / staff
- Recertification: $20 / staff
- Organizations will be billed monthly by per seat usage
How do I get started?
