You’ll collaborate with experienced clinicians, contribute to a high-impact mission, and bring Safety-Care® to organizations serving individuals with significant behavioral needs—across classrooms, community programs, and residential settings.
Teach and disseminate ABA principles embedded in Safety-Care® to people who work across a variety of settings, populations, and ages
Freedom to work remotely and independently while playing an active role as part of a collaborative team of BCBAs
Use and apply your own direct-care experiences to provide a comprehensive and relatable training experience
Travel and explore various locations across the U.S.
Extensive and supportive new-hire onboarding process, including co-training to ensure all Master Trainers are prepared to teach the curriculum
