Melissa Meotti, M.A., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Master Trainer with QBS. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and obtained her BCBA certification in 2017. Melissa brings a diverse range of clinical and leadership experience across public and private schools, home- and community-based services, and clinic settings. She has held roles including Center Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Lead BCBA, where she provided clinical oversight, developed individualized treatment plans, and led multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Her professional experience also includes international work in Abu Dhabi with the New England Center for Children, where she supported individuals with autism and their families through school, home, and community-based interventions. Currently based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, Melissa specializes in behavioral safety, crisis prevention, and staff training. As a Master Trainer with QBS, she is committed to promoting evidence-based, ethical, and least-restrictive practices that enhance safety and dignity for both clients and staff.
